Very responsive and very punctual. Always responded to questions we had via text and turned up exactly when they said they would. Selecting what we wanted was very easy with links they sent and when we wanted to add something later they were very accommodating and sent us more links to what was available. Having the work done was easy as we went away on holiday for the week leaving them the house to themselves. They were very respectful of the property and protected the carpets. The work they carried out was exactly what we were looking for and love our new bathroom. This process was made really pleasant by the guys at Yates Property Services. Would recommend you look into using them for an easy and painless process. Thanks Darren and Co.

Absolutely awful he ruined my new flooring by making a real bad cut, he broke my clock on the wall, he helped me move a piece of furniture from the lounge to the hallway after me stating thats not a good idea as there is lino in the hallway he assured me it will be fine, I had two furniture removal trolleys that I wanted to use to move the furniture. He refused to use them again assuring me it would be okay. As a result of doing things Aaron's way, my hallway flooring got damaged, and he tried to blame me. He then got angry and left the job unfinished, and both floorings are now ruined. He sent me a message trying to justify his actions and blame this is not acceptable behaviour I thought I was hiring a professional to do my job and here I am out of pocket needing two floors replaced instead of one as both floors in the lounge and hallway have been ruined by Aaron This is not acceptable behaviour or actions in anyone's home. I hired this man thinking he was a professional.
