Took my huge deposit and then breached terms of the contract. No or very poor communication and kept cancelling. Then on the day they said they would definitely do the work- they didn’t bother to even contact me to say they were not coming - I had to call them. And then I just got loads of excuses, including that they couldn’t come because it was raining! I am sure their workmanship is great - if, IF you can actually get them to do the work at all! I got my deposit back but only after leverage from my bank. After posting my initial feedback on here I was contacted by them and told how “disgusting it was to leave bad feedback”. No! It’s disgusting to treat a disabled person with no respect and not keep to the agreement.

Victor did the excellent job for us. To change all old doors in the house to the fire doors was not the easiest thing , especially because we needed to change door frames too. He explained every single aspect of his job and kept us informed about the whole process of the fire rated door and frame installation. We recommend him to anyone who would like to get professional advice and get the job done perfectly.
