I contacted Joseph to remove excess from the bottom of an internal door. He responded very quickly and attended the following day. He is very polite and did a great job at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to contact him for jobs in the future.

Cramlington Builders demolished our existing conservatory and built us a beautiful sun room on the same base. I was delighted with Michael and his team, they were really professional and very switched on. Michael was a great communicator and was ever so reliable. When the glazing turned up to site it was Michael who immediately spotted that the wrong glass had been delivered and that it was not safety glass. We would never have know that and Michael had the glazer return to site to swap the glass. We found the team to be happy in their work and they delivered a really great project for us on-time. The price was the cheapest of the three quotes received and we will definitely use Cramlington Builders again.

Came at very short notice, the best quote, clean and tidy worker with own dust sheets and protective footwear. Our job turned out to be bigger than first thought however did not increase the price and was very polite throughout. Would definitely recommend. 5*****

Paul EP 22 was very professional. The work carried out was undertaken with care and to a very high standard. He was a neat and tidy worker, no mess at all. I would definitely use this service again if needed in the future. He is able to carry out preparation work at his own workshop.
