George was nothing short of Brilliant! We initially requested a quote for carpentry work, however we were impressed with his manner and professionalism that we asked him to quote us for a new bathroom as well. He listened to everything we requested and completed the works to a very high standard. Have to also pass our thanks to his plumber, tiler and plasterer who were all great. We even had flooring fitted after the work was completed and one door was rubbing slightly. George popped back round and sorted it without hesitation. He also went round and tested all the other doors and noticed another was rubbing very slightly and fixed that also. Top Bloke! A sign that he is very passionate about his work and a good sign for those looking to get work done. Would not hesitate in recommending him to others. We wish him all the best in the future! Tom is polite, professional and easy to work with. He carried out a small door repair and door hanging in our grade II listed cottage to the satisfaction of both the resident and our surveyor. Although it was only a small job, I would recommend him and use him again, should the need arise.

Installation of garden panels (fence) I can do a lot of other work. You will be 100% satisfied :-)

We hired Rafal to paint our front door on 27th Oct and to fit a new gasket and lock. He came with a friend and after they finished the work we were told not to close the door for another 2hours until the paint was dry. After 2hrs, I tried to close the door and it wouldn’t close. I contacted him to let him know that the door wouldn’t close, that something was getting in the way and it wasn’t good for our safety and it was absolutely freezing. He wasn’t answering the messages and when he eventually answered he said he’ll pop back the next day between 4-5pm. That meant we had to wait 24hrs with the front door open and with a 7month baby for them to come back to fix the issue. I messaged the guy the next day to see if he was coming and what time. I didn’t receive any calls or messages back, he simply ignored all my messages and calls. Please don’t hire these guys, very unprofessional, left us in a very bad state where we had a working door before and now a door which doesn’t close.
