Mark came to fix 2 door handles that we're faulty on some internal doors. He was very flexible and always willing to work around my schedule even if it inconvenienced him. Although the job was more tricky than he first thought, mark showed excellent perseverance and demonstrated his great problem solving ability. I Will always use mark from now on. Very reliable and didn't break the bank! 10/10

He was very sweet and friendly . He did few mistakes, some were easy to correct by he cut off wood from the sauna without telling me and I can’t have those pieces now and there is some gaps. Felt was done completely incorrectly and he screw the screws way too deep into the wood . He stayed until late trying to amend those mistakes but some of them were not possible to correct unfortunately

Conrad did a fabulous job on hanging the two doors in the lounge. He picked up the two doors for me and handles. My door frames were out of line but he fitted the doors to fit snugly, even filling the slight gap along side with wood. recommend him.Very happy with his work, and very tidy. Would definately recommend him.

Secondly, he communicates well both before and during the job - for example mid-way through this project there was a choice of how to do something, and he asked me rather than making a unilateral decision. Florin was great to work with, punctual, careful and clearly took pride in what he does. The location of the door changed on the first day due to the presence of a gas main. Florin happily renegotiated the works given it was now going to be less complicated and pressed on same day. We will certainly be contacting florin for future works.

I was very happy with the oak planter Ty made for me. It looks great, it was made precisely as asked for, was ready ahead of schedule. Ty brought it to my street for contactless delivery. Hiring a tradesman can sometimes feel daunting, especially if you've had experiences of ending up with something quite different to what you asked for, but Ty congenially answered all my questions without making me feel silly, sent a CAD design to check we had an agreed plan, and even gave good advice for future upkeep.
