Job is progressing, this is my 1st commercial build. Fantastic, the best project manager, the operations manager Tony is phenomenal. He is a straight shooter. Very well versed and experienced, knows exactly how manage every aspect not matter how tricky and always up for a challenge. Extremely positive and a real pleasure to work with. It was a real blessing that SEI got in contact with me. I am sure no other firm would have been able to manage. I am building the #1 pharmacy in the country. It takes the best to produce the best. SEI is 2nd to none. The work and their word is as good as gold. I cannot wait to see the final product.

Max is a nice guy, willing to do good job. He did not abandon the assignment although I believe he had not foreseen it would be this much work. But I need to say, he had no clue of what he was doing. Disorganised, absent too many times because of overlapping jobs and frequent last minute calls. The part he has done was sub-standard. He damaged the newly laid wooden floor in the house, left dangerous nailed boards and tools anywhere although we have two young kids and we repetedly mentioned to him that safety was important. He was using our hoover (which he broke), paintbrushes and other tools he found in the house because he didn't have his. He has transformed our courtyard into a dump, which he left behind. In charge of ordering glass panels for the stairs, he passed three orders with wrong measurements. I had to chase him many times so that we get it delivered and measures are still wrong. I ended up by firing him after 5 months and after he failed at delivering what he was meant to. Started mid september. Job was meant to be done in two weeks time. Mid March, 20% of the job was done, another 20% bad quality that needs to be removed and done again. That's all we got from him. Happy I only paid him 30% upfront. The whole thing has costed me so much time, stress and energy already, and now the project is costing me double because of all the material he wasted and the fact that what he did needs to be destroyed and made again properly by someone else.
