We liked Alex from the first meeting and the first impression was spot on. Alex did an amazing job on our kitchen, which was half initiated by another tradesman. He reviewed the work and fixed many issues, always explaining and communicating well. Our kitchen had to be adapted and had some non standard cabinets but Alex was able to do all the additional features we asked for and with a great result. He also recommended some design changes which we agreed to and love. He finished the work, reviewed everything and signed off, always with a smile which is a plus. Definitely highly recommended and we will call him again in the future for sure. Thank you Alex!

The requirement was to hang 2 x fire doors and 1x standard door. Unfortunately, none of the doors were hung to a high standard. I felt he lack experience to deal with old door frames, i had to use a lot of filler all around one of the fire doors, the other fire door has a gap where the light now comes into the room. He was messy, he didn't use any dust sheets or have a hoover to tidy up after himself. I am planning to get someone else in to remedy some of the issues. so I personally would not recommend him.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I initially hired you to fix a leak, but the same issue reoccurred just a month later. When I contacted you, you said will go on a Monday and didnt turn up, when I sent you several messages after a week you said you were in the hospital, which I completely understood and respected. However, weeks later you promised to return on a Thursday to check the problem, and you never showed up or contacted me to explain. Since then, you’ve ignored my messages entirely. This lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with ongoing issues in someone’s home.

Poor experience overall. The brickwork that was laid in the garden has already started to come loose, and we ended up having to pay someone else for remedial works. We also hired them for separate jobs which did not go well, and some of which are still unfinished 7 months later. Unreliable and disappointing.
