James did a fantastic job. Very happy with my doors and the discount he was able to get me. Would certainly recommend him to other. There is only one very small improvement necessary which is to communicate more frequently with client and clearly lay out time job will take. This small point would certainly not stop me from using James again. When on site he is very professional and completely engages with client a very lovely and trustworthy person

Mark was unable to do this whilst we were still in the property due to the door going out of stock when waiting for it to be delivered so passed details onto landlord for him to complete the job. Not sure on the outcome but he did communicate effectively with us throughout this.

Ion and his team are absolutely brilliant - very hard working, professional, excellent attention to detail and worked overtime to get the job completed ahead of schedule. This was not a small project, so a lot of potential for things to go wrong. However, everything went smoothly, the guys are consummate professionals and know what they are doing. Ion's communication is first rate, really thinks about the best way to do something from the client's perspective rather than just favoring the easiest method as many tradespeople do. Particularly impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Would not hesitate to use Orange Joinery again for future projects, 10/10.
