Mixed experience, generally good, but still haven't returned to correct their work. Not replying to my messages or calls for several months and I have to pay another builder to do the work they have not done right. I didn't do the full parquet replacement with them as I hired specialists but they did a replacement subfloor. They did a good job of putting a chipboard floor down. But moderate job of a lounge subfloor. Came back to do some noggins as requested by floor fitters as the ply they fitted was moving between sheets at some points. We agreed to do the subfloor in 22mm but without telling me they did it in 18mm. They offered to add 6mm ply on top when I told them but will charge me for material, free labour, but never returned and calls not answered. They said the building merchant had no 22mm ply. They didn't pre order it. Should have told the customer before installing something else. Work is mostly good. Generally tidy at the end. But communication is lacking. Good price.

We would highly recommend Dave who was excellent, he fitted a wardrobe into a downstairs "play room" and it looks great, it fits into the room so well it is like it has always been there. Dave was brilliant at sitting down with both myself and my wife on multiple times to understand what we wanted and provided us with alternative options ensuring we got the best possible results. Dave is a really nice guy and simplifies the whole process, we have another wardrobe to be built in a bedroom (with very high ceilings) and we will have no hesitation in using Dave again. Very good experience.

Great service from Marcin and Exquisite Interiors London Ltd. Super communication from start to finish - phone calls, SMS - to plan, schedule and update. Very polite and friendly professional to work with on painting and decoration, even dealing flexibly and with advice on some changes we made midway through the job. Three of our doors underwent several coats of primer and finishing paint split over a day and a half. The work was neat, clean and tidy, with good starting and finishing times each day. I would approach Marcin directly in the future for other painting and decorating jobs throughout the house. Jon
