Held off purchasing a new canopy due to no initial interest in the listed job. Tom accepted and we agreed price and date. I then ordered the canopy and reached out to Tom for an earlier install date and that was all agreed. On the day of install Tom did not show so I sent a text message but did not receive a response. I then rang and left a voicemail but again no response. Finally sent a message on my builder but same answer. Disappointed. Now left with a canopy sitting outside doing nothing and have to do another post to try and find someone to fit it. I left it 10 days before writing a review to give a chance to respond.

We hired Neil to fit 7 internal doors to our property, which is 120 yrs old. Neil was faced with challenge after challenge, which he easily overcame, producing a high quality professional job. Neil is an honest, hard working, polite and conciensous tradesman who goes out of his way for the customer, he even got our doors at trade price and collected them. Whilst at our property, we additionally hired Neil to complete other fitment and fittings, all of which were completed to a professional standard. We cannot recommend Neil enough, we will definitely hire him again.... In fact we already have, we have hired Neil to complete jobs this October. In addition to this our neighbour seen Neil's work and has now also booked him for several for jobs. Well done Neil, great job, much appreciated, see you soon 5 Stars, Highly Recommended

Cramlington Builders demolished our existing conservatory and built us a beautiful sun room on the same base. I was delighted with Michael and his team, they were really professional and very switched on. Michael was a great communicator and was ever so reliable. When the glazing turned up to site it was Michael who immediately spotted that the wrong glass had been delivered and that it was not safety glass. We would never have know that and Michael had the glazer return to site to swap the glass. We found the team to be happy in their work and they delivered a really great project for us on-time. The price was the cheapest of the three quotes received and we will definitely use Cramlington Builders again.

George was prompt, efficient and courteous. As well as boxing in my kitchen units he finished connecting the cooker extraction fan, a job I hadn't realised had been left unfinished. I am very grateful for his help. He cleaned up before leaving and charged a very reasonable price. I would be happy to use his services again.

Shahrad was able to commit to the job within a couple of days. I paid the quote price which was fair for the job. He worked quickly and was respectful of my home. The job was completed same day and he even supported a couple of additional small jobs on the day. Found solutions for some minor issues and completed a great job. Would recommend.
