Absolutely fantastic service. We had a period door that needing hanging (into a non straight frame!) and new door stop putting into the frame. He showed real attention to detail to get things mm perfect. Definitely higher skilled than your average 'handyman', certainly demonstrated carpenter level skill for our job. Real attention to detail, super pleasant and thoroughly professional. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

James did a fantastic job. He is a skilled craftsman whose attention to detail and design skills are excellent. He carried out the job to the highest standard and was able to find solutions and solve problems as he went along. He was a pleasure to be around, easy to communicate with, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I will certainly be using him for all my carpentry jobs in the future. Cyrus has completed a fantastic new en-suite for me, he had to raise a floor and install a saniflow unit too. Throughout Cyrus and his staff were reliable, kept in touch with any slight changes required, clean and so polite and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the en-suite which was finished to a very high standard and would highly recommend CV Building and Maintenance. I was also charged a very reasonable price!

I would 100% recommend using Daya and would certainly contract him to do other works in the future should anything arise. Daya was extremely thorough with his quote, making it easy to adjust to our target budget. His over-all price was a little higher than other people who quoted, but don't let that put you off - you get what you pay for and the quality of his work was certainly worth every penny. We are a fashion studio who just moved into a new empty space and needed an office built, with inbuilt storage. The finish is to an excellent standard and Daya was also extremely accommodating with our short turn around (due to us being let down by another contractor previously). On a personal level, Daya was also very calm and knowledgable, it was my first time working with a contractor on a job like this, and it felt very much like a partnership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

From design to finish it was done with utmost professionalism and quality plus he was friendly and easy to discuss issues with. The process went incredibly smoothly and had very little impact on our home with the installation being super quick as it was built off site but fit perfectly to old bumpy walls.

All I can say is Wow! Wee! Perfectionist. Called at such notice arrived promptly. He explained clearly into detail what needs to be done and pricing so cheap. Very well qualified. His mannerism and friendly service. He did a perfect job fixing bedroom door very well equipped. Very good conversationalist without a doubt would recommend him. My future handyman. I have few other jobs to do and will call him always he is the main man. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Patrick was excellent from the outset. He communicated quickly and efficiently, promptly visited and priced the job and within days came and completed the work. He discussed all the possibilities and variety of material options and purchased everything for the job and provided receipts. The work was carried out to the highest of standards and we are delighted with the result. Patrick thoroughly cleaned up after completing the work and took away the rubbish. An extremely pleasant person to deal with, polite and friendly and very trustworthy. We will 100% use him again.. thank you Patrick!
