Not impressed with the result or with Xhelals Team. The floorboards in all the rooms and entire staircase have all begun creaking again after several months. Work was heavily rushed in 1 day. More focus was on strengthening the stair case and the team decided to randomly screw down floorboards in areas most common. Their quality of work meant i made them stay an extra hour as i identified creaks in every single room. No checks was done to ensure floorboards were firm. In reality a customer shouldnt have to recheck for all anomalies. The team failed to take away the rubbish meaning i was forced to pay £12 to the recycling centre because it was considered as Trade Waste. I also noticed broken hinges in the front window and living room where they tried to force open the window for ventilation when in reality the windows were all locked. Only noticed these after i made payment. This team basically came in to make a quick £1000 and walk away. I would not recommend Xhelal for this reason to anyone.

I have had a new kitchen put in place of an old one. The works took a week to complete, around 3 days to take out the old units, and the remainder for the new once to go in, and then some finishing works. There has not been any major disturbance in the property during that period and the works were completed according to the initial estimates both time-wise and money-wise. I will not hesitate using Mr. Conachi in the future and will highly recommend his services.
