I received an immediate response from Alex who was polite and professional. A date and time was set and Jim was sent to complete the work over 2 days. The work was carried out to a high standard and my home was treated with respect. When the work was completed Jim cleaned up and left everything as he found it. He was punctual, curteous and carried out the work to a high standard. I will use AC Installations again and recommend them.

James ordered the bannister and fittings for me and brought them with him, he also took away the old bannister.
