Girogi accepted the job very fast. He came also came next today to give a quote. Once quote was sent to me, I got back to him due course and agreed with the quote and a pending start date, however when I asked general question about what paint will be used or handles provided he started getting irritated and stated handles I need to supply which I found it strange, his reasons were customers choose their own. I stipulated that’s fine you can choose for me and I will cover the cost. The following day he was meant to start the job, he then send me an whatsap message to say he won’t take the job as his busy? This left me confused and baffled that he let me down last min. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

Terrible workmanship. Contractor was called back a number of times for remedial of his own work. Eventually, he became aggressive with my tenant by refusing to leave the premises until payment was made immediately for the substandard job. Regretfully, he was paid to prevent an escalation of the situation.

He created 2 new staircases with love and care, taking enough time to transform our home in a beautiful place to live in. Clean, smooth, nice solid oak wood provided, beautiful stain color and finishes and the end results exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with his work and craftsmanship. Mehdi did an excellent job boxing in our boiler pipes and utilities - we’re genuinely really pleased with the result. From the outset he was professional, reliable and helpful. What was previously quite messy and exposed is now clean, neat, and very well finished. The boxing is precise, solid, and thoughtfully designed, with access where needed - which we really appreciated. He worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and was easy to communicate with throughout. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the details, which really shows in the final result. OMG - Stephen was absolutely amazing! I was very worried about this heavy bathroom mirror being installed as my handyman nearly killed us putting it up unprofessionally! Stephen knew exactly what was needed - the exact 6mm bracket which needed to be ordered online as none of the four local hardware store stocked it (they did other sizes), with a special glue. He also brought along an assistant to help him place the mirror onto the wall. His communication was second to none, and he was also very courteous. He was also very reasonably priced - I was worried no one wanted such a small job. I will definitely ask him to do other things around the house!

Fatjon and his team did a fantastic job clearing out and boarding out our loft. They were fast and efficient, and it was great value for money. We were impressed by how quickly and quietly they were able to clear out (a considerable amount!) of garbage left by the previous owner, and carry up to cut and fit out plaster boards and chipboard with little noise and disturbance to the rest of the household. Also, they were very polite and courteous with us having a young infant in the household. We would happily recommend them to others.
