Bayley and his team did an excellent job damp proofing, tanking and replastering our bathroom wall. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly and professional. Communication was excellent throughout the process - I received regular updates and photos at the end of each day, and they were always happy to answer any questions I had. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and left the space clean at the end of each day. The finished result looks fantastic, and we’re really pleased with the quality. Instructed 3A Builders after a job was badly done by some other builders; Mr Hysni did a great job re fitting all the fire doors. He was professional, punctual, and reliable, and has a great attention to detail, and his carpentry skill is second to none. I highly recommend him and I have since proposed other work for him.

Pavel was great at communicating with me before the job was scheduled. Quoted a great price and came on the day and time he said he would prepared for the job. He completed the job in one day, really just cracked on and was able to problem solve with skill when we come up short on a few things. He cleaned up and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. I really like the attention to detail he had, when it came to things being flush, you can tell he has a standard and quality of work. Would happily employ him again.

All I can say is Wow! Wee! Perfectionist. Called at such notice arrived promptly. He explained clearly into detail what needs to be done and pricing so cheap. Very well qualified. His mannerism and friendly service. He did a perfect job fixing bedroom door very well equipped. Very good conversationalist without a doubt would recommend him. My future handyman. I have few other jobs to do and will call him always he is the main man. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

you will see I ask for experts in my job posting because my desired outcome of this job was quiet floor as you walk across. I hired LTDinchev and the 2 gentlemen were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The job was completed for the price quoted and in the time specified. my only disappointment is after the job was completed I still had SOME of the same floor noises. so although they work hard on my subfloor I did not get 100% my desired outcome.
