I completely lost faith in builders but Robert has totally restored it. I contracted him to do a hand rail and stairs, his level of professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail has meant that he has was given tasks to fit my engineered wood floor, skirting, doors and architraves for my entire house. I have since also added fitting my kitchen to the list and designing fittings for storage under my stair case and front room. I would highly Robert to my friends, family and to you because he is a man of his word and he takes pride in doing excellent work. He is one I believe of very few in his trade that places himself in the shoes of his clients.

Decking and shed to be painted. Charged 25 pounds per hour. Came on an overcast day and proceeded to paint in the rain!!! I know this as asked my neighbour for a bucket, whom I add, questioned why paint in rain? He took 2 hours to do a job which was rushed. Unfortunately I cant upload the proof of this in my pictures. I also questioned painting in rain. Next day all that was left was a mess of where the paint had been washed away. He said would come back on a clear day but I dont want a slap-dash amateur again. Asked for refund and told he would drop it off when passing. So is that in this century I asked I got no response. Asked for BACS payment, he said he doesn't have facility, so for the 50 pounds I paid there is no record, he never gave receipt. A legitimate business? I'm still waiting for my money or response to when I will get it. I've contacted mybuilder.com for advice and to report which I've told him about. His business is in security and investigation so i'd question the last review and picture of his apparent skilled carpentry work. Any tradesman with an ounce of integrity and conscience would have stopped painting, not taken money and come back on a dry day. A lady of mature years has truly been left upset and stressed by this whole unprofessional experience and feels totally swindled even though I have tried to be amicable. Up to you to make a decision but I'd seriously take a wide birth, my nephew of 15 could have done a better unskilled paint job.

Carl kept in touch with me from the start, ringing me with different ideas , and coming to my house to show me brochures etc. when he was coming to see me, he rang to say exactly when he would be here. On the morning that the job was due to be done, he rang to say when he and his business partner would arrive. Curt and Carl worked all day from 9 am - 4.45pm refusing any kind of refreshment. They have done a beautiful job, with exact attention to detail. They were tidy, courteous to me and each other, and we enjoyed ‘ banter’ throughout the day. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the work;,I would highly recommend these two gentlemen, and they are welcome in my home any time they are in the area. Thank you Carl and Curt. 👍😊

Dale and Kyle are excellent workers,not only did they hang five doors, they put a new hand rail up the stairs,a new cabinet on the wall in the bathroom all in a morning.We offered to make them tea but they refused and just got on with the job.They cleaned up after they had done .I would recommend them to any body, excellent job.
