What can I say I was a novice re diy Kris came over and measured up re my flooring he came to do the job in April after sending me a quote I was happy with he turned up everyday on time and finished the job exactly when he said he would I have had some bad experiences In the past with workmen not turning up leaving a job half finished I cannot recommend Kris enough he has restored my faith thanks again Kris I will be in touch regarding my next project Also last but not least a big thanks to lee who was also very good they left my house lovely and tidy as well so thanks very much . Thomas is great. We can not fault him at all. We are so happy with the work he has done. He is punctual, knowledgeable and thorough. When he found issues from previous cowboy builders he took the time to fix them, instead of just covering them up. He was also pretty much spot on with the material costs, which makes me wonder how much others who quoted were making on top. Furthermore he carried out other small jobs in other rooms at a very reasonable price which included finding the source of a leak under the bath in the main bathroom, changing the toilet in the main bathroom, repositioning and altering some draws in our built-in-wardrobe and building a shelf in the basement. He also advised us on the potential cause of damp and explained the work that needed carrying out to fix this issue. We cannot thank Thomas enough for the work he has done for us. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

I called Charlie over 20 times with no answer. I bought materials, he sent a quote, I accepted the quote and started preparation for the job and then he sent me a picture of his broken leg on WhatsApp. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited for over a month - still nothing.
