So Harginder did work on my property. I initially hired him to do my wooden flooring and fit my doors. He did an amazing job. A real perfectionist I would say. He takes real pride in his work. Based on the great work he did I then hired him to make me pull out drawers and a cupboard under my stairs, from something I had seen on Pinterest. I think he did a better job than the picture. Very reasonable and a great finish. Couldn't recommend him enough.

From the outset they provided a different level of service and attention to project management as well as giving us a competitive price. Where others shook their heads at how difficult parts of our project would be Ryan’s team of top class tradesmen worked out how they could deliver what we wanted. Throughout the project communication was key, Ryan would always consult us and advise on every aspect. Our high spec three bathroom and kitchen roof renovation project in a period property was not straightforward with challenges along the way that Ryan’s team were always able to resolve. His repair job is very simple ,only use glue and the work is not completely finished when he leave .We paid him One hundred pound by cash but the work is very poor and unsatisfied .

He told me that my job was for 7/8hrs and only took 3hrs. His finishing was not good left gaps near walls. He disconnected the washing machine and did not connect it back, when washing up water came from underneath the sink had a flood, not answering my phone calls and had to call someone to plug back the washing machine. We had discussed a few more jobs that I wanted done but I would not be hiring him again, so unprofessional.

Shiv builders did the tiling for my bathroom. The quote was easy and done via a WhatsApp video. Price was reasonable. The job turned out to be more challenging than we first thought with uneven walls and floorboards were quite worn however they found solutions easily. The team arrived on time and did an excellent job. Always left the place tidy and very polite and professional. I then had a few additional jobs round the house such as changing door handles and fitting light pendants which they happily accommodated and again did a good job. Will definitely be using them for future work.
