After being let down by a carpenter at the last minute Carl promptly arranged to come out and quote to fit and hang three doors into 'oddly shaped' doorframes and i'm so happy he did! He turned up at the exact time he said he would and quoted me a competitive price i was happy with. He is extremely professional with great attention to detail, he strives for perfection and I felt that even though it wasn't a straight forward job, he did everything to hang the doors perfectly. Richard is friendly and reliable, he came exactly when he said he would to give a quote and to do the work. Along with his colleague, he turned a cupboard in a hallway into a useful storage area, with a new door, and a small alcove into a set of bookshelves. Bad workmanship in the bathroom!! Andrew assured me he runs a responsible company and offers warranty for his work. His quote was the most expensive but I offerd him the job due to the warranty he offered. He promised to complete the in 2 week but took nealy 2 months. Upon completion, I noticed the bathroom floor tiles were tiles were moving when you step on them and pointed it out. He sent Paul in to correct it but by February the problem was back and water was able to sipp through the tiles causing damage to the wall and ceiling. In 23rd May the shower started to leak. Andrew denied responsibility and said he out of the country and coming back on 5th June. I challenged him about the warranty and he said Paul will call me but Paul never did. It got worse and affected the electrics, damaged ceiling and walls by 31st. Andrew was suddenly back in the when i sent in another builder on 31st. Please avoid him as he is now insulting and threatening me not to contact him again.
