I called Charlie over 20 times with no answer. I bought materials, he sent a quote, I accepted the quote and started preparation for the job and then he sent me a picture of his broken leg on WhatsApp. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited for over a month - still nothing.

I contacted Ekland and his brother Bes for some light refurbishment. I was so impressed with the work and speed that they ended up doing all the works I intended to do. Starting with latex screed, flooring using LVT system, architraves and skirting boards, installation of 9x heavy duty fire doors, carpets in 2x bedrooms and finally decoration. Prices were very reasonable considering the time and effort they put into installation but not only that, as I am a first time buyer they advised me on design as I didn’t really know where to start. They are honest and reliable, where I tried to save money they said it was not the right thing to do and took additional hours to make something right without a hidden extra. They turn up at 8am everyday and so easy to work with, I left them the keys to my flat and I didn’t need to check in on them at all. If you are thinking to do any refurbishment and are either hesitant or not knowing where to start these are your guys. 5* to Vukaj and thank you!

Peter and team did a brilliant job refurbishing our kitchen. He organised building control sign off for knocking down an internal wall. He sourced new glazing for us and designed and built a custom bench seat. He assisted us with ordering the right units for our kitchen. He was great at problem solving along the way e.g. cutting cornice to fit tricky corners. The team were courteous and left our house tidy at the end of each day.

He arrived early on the agreed day, gave us a few options/costs on how to complete the job and delivered it within suggested timescale as promised at very reasonable cost. Events prevented Russell from starting the job as planned. I understood, so not a problem. He came this morning as was re-arranged. The skill and professionalism he displayed, represents a full demonstration of his knowledge and experience. On top of that, his quote for the job was much less than what others quoted, and very much what I expected it to be. He carefully protected his walkway and cleaned up afterwards. He is scheduled to return next week to do another job. So, that may be interpreted as my full endorsement that he can be hired with confidence. The site will not allow me to Upload photo/photos.
