Held off purchasing a new canopy due to no initial interest in the listed job. Tom accepted and we agreed price and date. I then ordered the canopy and reached out to Tom for an earlier install date and that was all agreed. On the day of install Tom did not show so I sent a text message but did not receive a response. I then rang and left a voicemail but again no response. Finally sent a message on my builder but same answer. Disappointed. Now left with a canopy sitting outside doing nothing and have to do another post to try and find someone to fit it. I left it 10 days before writing a review to give a chance to respond.

All workmen were well mannered & tidied up after themselves everyday which was such a relief since I have a newborn & 2 year old. All work completed within timescale & on budget.
