Absolutely delighted with our new canopy porch. Matt and his colleague were thorough, organised, friendly and very professional workers. Work was completed to a very high standard and exactly as wanted. Everything left clear and tidy and communication was excellent throughout. Have asked for quotes for two other jobs already. We would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Bexley Construction.

you will see I ask for experts in my job posting because my desired outcome of this job was quiet floor as you walk across. I hired LTDinchev and the 2 gentlemen were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The job was completed for the price quoted and in the time specified. my only disappointment is after the job was completed I still had SOME of the same floor noises. so although they work hard on my subfloor I did not get 100% my desired outcome.

He did all my plumbing tiling and kitchen fitting.. he renovate my kitchen including cabinets, worktop sink tiles and also replace my bath vanity sink, toilet and install new floor and wall tiles.
