We live in a converted ground floor Victorian flat with limited space. In order to maximise space and storage we needed built-in cupboards and bookshelves in the alcoves either side of the living room fireplace as well as a built in wardrobe and window seat either side of a chimney breast in the bedroom. Declan did an initial survey and suggested some great ideas for additional shelving and was very happy to listen to our ideas and suggested the best way to implement them. The team arrived bang on time to start the job on the agreed date and delivered the entire project in 5 days thanks to their very efficient method of cutting most pieces off site. The team were really friendly, trustworthy and knowledgable, and the quality of work and finish was exceptional. We were so happy with the initial work we asked Declan to fit new skirting board throughout the flat which he completed to the same high standard. I would highly recommend Declan and his team, and will look to use them again for future jobs.

Orlando and team were absolutely incredible, I can’t recommend them more highly. They built a bookshelf, repaired some tiles around a radiator and painted my hall and wooden stairs, as well as some doors. They did a beautiful and careful job (there was ALOT of prep work needed on the walls prior to painting), were brilliant at communicating, always on time to the nearest minute and generally a 10/10 experience (and I’ve had some bad ones). I was nervous due to them being new to My Builder with only a few reviews, but they provided me with email references, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Orlando and team! You really were brilliant. 5 stars all round.

Kaiser and his team were very courteous, fast and worked hard to complete the job in no time. The original job was to frame the loft as the previous builder left before completion. but Kaiser straight away spotted an issue with a bowed dormer beam and suggested to fix it for a reasonable price. They also made sure every part of the roof is properly supported. I must admit I was lucky this was spotted and rectified at this stage. He was the first builder to quote for the job but I couldnt have found better!
