Patrick provided a reasonable quote, and responded quickly once I shortlisted. He was very professional, polite and had excellent communication throughout. He checked with me before making any adjustments and made me aware of any issues to ensure I was fine with it. He did an excellent job installling the door, put down a cover to stop the carpet getting dirty when going up the stairs, and also cleaned up. Would highly recommend!!

Pali seems like a nice enough guy but unfortunately we had a very bad experience with his company. We booked his company to install some zellige tiles. We sent some instructions about how they should be installed and were reassured that his tiler had 20 years of experience and that he wouldn't have any issues with the installation. Our tiles were handmade and had taken 8 weeks to come from Morocco. Unfortuntately, Pali's tiler did not follow the guidance of leaving 1-2mm between each tile and left as much as 7mm in places. Now that the tiles have been installed, there's very little we can do to remedy the issue. Pali was initially understanding but gradually become more defensive of his tiler's work. We paid £1800 for two shower enclosures (totalling less that 15sqm). For that price, we expected someone who would take their time and pay attention to detail. Unfortunately that is not what we got. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for high end jobs.

Hi there, I hope you're well. My name is John and I ve been in the building trade for 20 years. I'm a qualified master carpenter, and there isn't much left I haven't done. Im a bathroom fitter as well, so plumbing, tiling, plastering, is all second nature to me. I ve done jobs in every trade, when I was an apprentice all those years ago, that's how my boss at the time worked. Knowledge is power as they say. I based in Bracknell, and I can travel up to an hour from there. So as far as Dorking to the east, and the same distance in the other directions. As I said, in my 20 years of working in the trade, I ve done nearly everything there is, I'm a friendly guy and happy to answer any questions. I won't be the cheapest, but I LL be one of the best.
