For the past year and a half the carpenters and the painting division Have been working alongside the goodwood estate repair and maintenance team for the Duke of Richmond to restore 18th century buildings back to there form of glory.

Based on my experience I have no hesitation recommending BCB Building Services who came recommended to me prior to this work by word of mouth. I needed to carry out modest renovation and remediation works on a newly purchased period property requiring many trades; general builder, scaffolder, plumber, plasterer, roofer, landscaper and damp specialist, etc. Brad and BCB team promptly provided a quote and, essential for me, agreed to source and project manage the diverse trades required to complete the work. They are busy but worth the patience and short wait necessary to get the work done by them. The workforce were professional, tidy, courteous and organised minimising disruption during the works and leaving the house clean and undamaged in their wake. The works were delivered per schedule and to a high standard and whilst not the cheapest, the pricing is fair and I believe the outcome represents tremendous value. Brad and the team remained pro-active beyond works completion and engaged actively in addressing the small amount of trivial snagging. They are now my go to for building works.

Excellent job. Turned up on time and worked hard. I thought he significantly undercharged for what he did as he had to quote on the phone without seeing it. It took at least 2 1/2 hours so I compensated him accordingly. Would certainly have him back.

Qualified carpenter for over 20 years with a vast array of skills relating to all aspects renovation and construction. Working all around Hampshire and Surrey. I work closely with a plumber, electrician and bricklayer so can take on most projects, small or large. I build all sorts from Garden rooms, small extensions, garage conversions. Amendments to fit new doors (sliding or bifold) sky light/ roof lanterns, external door repairs, locks, multi point locking mechanisms, upvc and aluminium doors windows, fascia, soffit and guttering. Kitchen/bathroom installs and alterations. Internal studwork, external structures, all types of fencing and gates, replacement garage doors, raised beds, pergolas. Replacement flat roofs, replace felt roofs for rubber roofing. Disability adaptions, handrails, shelves, storage solutions. Replace double glazed units broken or misted up, all window issues. Fitted cupboards, aged timber install, media walls, skirting, architrave and plasterboard install and plaster and drylining.
