I am a carpenter and studied carpentry at mid Kent college whilst completing an apprenticeship, gaining an NVQ Level 2 at the end of two years. I have been employed with a construction company for the last 4 years and i am now self employed. With around 6 years in the trade. On a daily basis, I do both first fixing, which includes door lining, stud work, stairs, plasterboarding and second fixing which includes, doors, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens and built in wardrobes.
