We were impressed with Dave - he knew we'd been badly let down by a plumber/builder - and he offered to do the jobs we needed doing for a fair price. That was about 3 months ago. Since then communication has been a major problem - the lack of it. Emails, calls and texts unanswered. Promised start dates came and went without further contact. In the end Dave responded to a message by saying he wanted to pass the job on to someone else who we knew nothing about. Since then there has been no reply to our last email and he's disappeared! We're back where we were 4 months ago! Thought that using My Builder would end this sort of thing.

I would not hesitate to recommend White & I construction LTD to anyone who is considering building an extension or making internal modifications. The job was completed as required and although we were abroad at the time, Ivan ensured excellent communication including photos and videos at each stage of the project. All issues were dealt with quickly and each stage of the project was completed to the required timeline. On completion of the project snags identified were rectified immediately to our satisfaction. Tommy did MAGIC around our place, patched up floor areas that previously stood walk-in wardrobes (it's looking seamless), fit skirtings neatly, re-hinged a utility box, and helped with adjusting furniture to fit nicely against the wall. 100% recommendation.

Matt did a fantastic job throughout from quoting, explaining exactly what was required and keeping the job safe while in lockdown. I couldn’t have asked for a better job.
