Prompt to measure, prompt to quote - using the MyBuilder system which is reassuring. Work completed timely. Listened to what I wanted, made suggestions to suit materials & construction. So I have what I wanted, a unique piece which I'm very pleased with. Mark made the piece in his workshop & brought it to fit. THis cut down the time in the house. It was helpful because I have a fearful rescue dog who is scared of strangers in the house. I asked for the timber to be ready for me to wax to match what I already have, which I guess not many people do.

Unfortunately Jamie never turned up! First time he said his van was broken into, second time he couldn't borrow any tools, third time his new order of tools didn't turnup, then he said he would come on a Friday but phoned to say he had a job to finish and would come in the afternoon - didn't come, I phoned 7 times and had no answer or reply. Since, he has not contacted me and I have given up on him - totally unreliable and dreadful at communication

Sean the plasterer and his labourer Henry did an incredible job not only did they make my walls look like new, they literally made no mess and were forever cleaning up after themselves. Always on time and always in contact with myself. I couldn't of asked for a more professional pair of lads or a more professional finish on my walls. I would 100% recommend these lads and I will definitely be using them in future projects.

I recently had two built-in wardrobes installed and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. While I paid the deposit as invoiced, it was already a struggle to get the installation scheduled and completed. Once the job was finished, I paid the remaining balance in full. However, within just a few days, issues began to appear. One of the internal drawers does not function properly, there are visible gaps between the wardrobe and the wall, and the silicone applied has already come apart. Additionally, the wardrobe doors are not aligned when closed, the mirrored doors stick out noticeably compared to the others, which affects both the appearance and finish. It has now been three weeks since I raised these concerns, and I’ve been told there is no availability to return and fix the problems. This is particularly frustrating given that the work has been fully paid for. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of aftercare.

Really good wood flooring fitters. Total perfectionists, which was perfect. Worked around my tight schedule, finished a day early and left the place spotless. Could not recommend them enough. Tommy has fitted a mirrored wardrobe as well as built some floor to ceiling shelves in a bedroom for me, and I have to say that he has completely changed the look of (what was) a tiny room, opening it out beautifully! He arrived first thing, only stopping very briefly for a quick lunch, and left the room as tidy as it was when he arrived. I would have no reservations on highly commending him to anyone looking for a hard working, well mannered young man. A very happy customer :)

I couldn't recommend Richard highly enough. Having been engaged for one en-suite bathroom renovation initially, he ended up being with us for 6 months. In that time he built and renovated four new ensuite bathrooms (two of which were built from from a large sluice cupboard and wardrobe space another was split into a new en-suite and wardrobe), he created a new spare room from an existing outdated bathroom, stripping out and moving walls and radiators, added and fitted a walk-in wardrobe to a bedroom creating new walls and doorways, he created a new downstairs WC from a coat and boot room, created and finished a new corridor and archway from kitchen to new dining room (previously a WC), added picture and dado rails to all rooms and corridors and built a beautiful four-door cupboard to a very high standard. Rich undertook all building, carpentry, plastering, fitting, tiling, flooring, finishing and plumbing work himself, even hanging mirrors, painting, adding dado rails, fitting stair rails and installing high level extraction fans which others wouldn't undertake. Nothing phased him, nothing was too much trouble, he supported in designing spaces, worked around other trades and carpet fitters and his finish is excellent. Richard was always tidy when working and thoughtful about protecting the workspace and despite several challenges, he was always smiling, pleasant and never gave up on us. We now have a top class renovation and we are over-the-moon with it all.
