I've been on my own jobs and also a foreman on bigger jobs with a work force of around a hundred. I pride myself on my attention to detail, my communication skills, and the happiness of the customer. Being able to work to a deadline also helps. The best part of a job is when we can put the tools away, stand back with the customer and share in their enjoyment.
I highly recommend Matt. He is friendly and his communication before and during the job is excellent. He was punctual and completed the job to an excellent standard and faster than predicted. He clearly aims to please the customer, consulting me regularly throughout, and has pride in his work.
