Fantastic service from start to finish! The team turned up exactly at the agreed time and were friendly, polite, and professional throughout the entire job. What I appreciated most was their communication—they constantly checked in to make sure I was happy with the progress, and whenever they weren't 100% sure about a specific detail, they always stopped to confirm with me first rather than just guessing. Awful company, they kept on asking for money and adding things on to the job for example gave a quote for full house plastering just to later say that the ceilings weren’t included in the quote (as if we were going to plaster a full house and leave out the ceilings). incapable builders, made simple mistakes. They ask for half the money upfront and don’t do the work that they promised. complete scam never trust them

James fitted us a new banister in 2018, safe to say it is still standing. He was very professional and friendly. Got the job done quickly and came within a few days to fit the banister. Very tidy and took all the bits with him too. No mess left behind. I would defiantly have him back to do more work when needed.
