I am always nervous when having workmen in, but honestly I have never felt so at ease with having people in as I did with Mark & his son. They are polite, tidy; reliable and that is a first for me & that is just the start. They prepare all the flooring with a plastic so it protects all your carpet, he advises you as he is going along explaining what he is doing and I changed my mind half way though, he did the extra without complaint. I will only be asking Mark to quote in the future he can plaster, carpentry, electrics, brick work & landscaping. Plumb Spark did an excellent job and gave us a brand new bathroom in a Victorian terrace house. We would not hesitate to recommend Joe Turner. Joe understood our needs, requirements and context from the 'get go'. We needed someone who could work well within the limitations of our building, an original 1960s bathroom extension. He listened and worked up an affordable, realistic plan and quotation with an accurate time frame. He gave good advice and helped us to select the right bathroom suite, floor and fittings. Joe is a good communicator keeping us informed of progress throughout the whole job. He dealt with the snags and challenges calmly and efficiently. Joe works in an orderly and clean way, tidying up and the end of each day and made arrangements to get rid of the rubbish at the end of the job. His plasterer was also friendly and efficient. Very happy with the work.

I can not fault Daniels work, kept us up to date on daily basis, let us know of any issues, poilte and hard working, didnt leave a trace of rubbish once he had finished wouldn't have known we had work done. Will not hesitate to have him do work again for us in the future and have recommended him to friends and family. Excellent service recieved from phil and the team. From initial contact I recieved a quote with in days and a start date was agreed. Work done to a high standard and all rubbish was removed and work areas left tidy. Good job and pleasant people, easy to get one with. Done panelling on the wall really nice too. Some bits of paint unfinished (maybe forgotten about) and some slight touching up needing at parts. But all in all good for the price paid!
