I would highly recommend Jack and Oliver they have transformed our kitchen . They are punctual, trustworthy and organised . The job ran smoothly and work has been carried out to a high standard. Jack and Oliver organised the design and supply of our kitchen and all relevant trades whilst keeping us regularly updated . The kitchen was fitted within the 5 days originally stated at the agreed price and they even assisted with some separate joinery works at our home for no extra cost. These guys are keen, highly skilled joiners with a positive attitude to their work. We are over the moon with our new kitchen and how smoothly the works went, I arrived home on the final day of the job to chocolates and Moët from them. Thanks guys .

I recently had two built-in wardrobes installed and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. While I paid the deposit as invoiced, it was already a struggle to get the installation scheduled and completed. Once the job was finished, I paid the remaining balance in full. However, within just a few days, issues began to appear. One of the internal drawers does not function properly, there are visible gaps between the wardrobe and the wall, and the silicone applied has already come apart. Additionally, the wardrobe doors are not aligned when closed, the mirrored doors stick out noticeably compared to the others, which affects both the appearance and finish. It has now been three weeks since I raised these concerns, and I’ve been told there is no availability to return and fix the problems. This is particularly frustrating given that the work has been fully paid for. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of aftercare.

I do all the designs myself, drawing them on a CAD program and then create the product by hand, straight from that drawing. I also spray all the furniture I create, in primer. The furniture then requires hand painting on site by a painter that I can also supply if needs be. I take care of supplying any other trades required to complete the job leaving the customer at peace of mind knowing that everything can be sorted for them without having any worries.
