So in the end the job description changed but billy did a great job sorting out the door frame and fixing some floor boards. Currently awaiting his quote for the airing cupboard but billy is polite and helpful and we would be happy to hire again in the future if required.

Majid and Lazlo did a fantastic job, fitting custom built in wardrobes in two bedrooms. They were professional and left the house tidy. We are very pleased with the final product and will be using them agai n in the near future to do redo the bathroom and kitchen.

David and the his team are very professional, friendly and honest people, who I highly recommend. Not only that I appreciated their actual work, but also the advises and guidance throughout the redecoration and flooring process, as this was all new to me. I contracted the team to paint the walls throughout the property, wood around the doors, remove old laminate and lay down a new laminate + skirting. They finished the job on time, per expected quality. All in all, I am really happy with their work and dealing with them. I would definitely hire them again should I have any other opportunity.

We are very very happy with the job that Stuart and his team did. The job was completed on schedule and this was including a few extras I had asked for at the very last minute. The work has been done to a very high standard throughout- we have been so impressed with the quality of finish and attention to details. Stuart was also very communicative throughout - checking details with me on how I wanted things- things I wouldn't have thought to ask about. They were also respectful and careful with our belongings- covering things up where they could and deftly working around things that couldn't be moved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pierce Construction to anyone looking to get building works done and they would be my first choice for any future building needs I might have.

Ion has been key to the completion of our downstairs rennovation, completing the following works: 1. Reimagining a built-in wardrobe with new frame and doors, all finished well with period touches to make it seamless. 2. Taking up, sanding, reinstalling, sanding and waxing our floorboards, including the repair of underfloor joists and procuring additional boards to replace woodworm damage. The finish has been better than we could have hoped for, having said that we deliberately wanted a rustic feel to this which has meant it isn't perfectly smooth and manicured. We feel it suits the property much more than a laminate equivalent. 3. Custom built living room cupboards, the design was developed with us as the client and adapted to include some particularly unique smart home infrastructure. This was all discussed upfront with fixed costs for initial works, we arranged a programme and he was very flexible to make this work for us. The cost was very reasonable for the quality of the work. There is a drawback however, as with everything there is a trade off and Ion cares so much about the work and the client satisfaction that he has taken a lot longer on some tasks than was ideal. This is something I'd urge anyone to bear in mind as it took a lot of managing on our side, but having said that - the cost, results, feeling throughout and relationship with Ion has been well worth it. We will be using him again and would highly recommend him to all.
