Very good experience. The guys explained, in advance, what they would do clearly, they did it efficiently with a smile on their faces and the job was well done. Being a DIY guy I often like to stick my nose in and see what's going on. That didn't bother them and they were happy to explain what they were doing. They cleared up well after themselves. A fair price. What more could you ask for?

Simon was not punctual; he started his work at 2 pm (supposed to start at 10 am). He was waiting to buy all the materials on the day of work and could not manage to buy as Howden was closed on Easter Saturday (according to Simon, he was informed by Howden that it would remain open). I was not happy at all when he told me all these issues in that morning. BUT finally he managed to buy everything from B&Q and started working with his nephew at 2 pm. Simon annoyed our neighbor as he was working after 8 pm. My neighbor came and asked him to stop; Simon was in the middle of something; and stopped after 5 min; eventually my neighbor called the police; Simon went to the police station and handled the situation (and no bother for us). When drilling the wall for the shelf; his nephew went little too far; and the plaster fell off from the other side. Next day Simon came and did plastering on the wall. Now you will be wondering why, I am still giving Simon a positive review. After all these issues; at the end SIMON managed to finish his job quite nicely. He is extremely polite. He also asked me a decent price for his job. I wish he could be slightly more professional in future.

We hired At Project to completely rip out and re do the bathroom, no small job! Slawomir were wonderful, turned up every morning when he said he would, always smiling and ready to work. When he left the place was all tied up and he made sure that he was careful of the house decor around. The finished job was done on time, in budget and the attention to detail was spot on. We are quite fussy and he happily put up with our endless questions! Would not hesitate to recommend and in fact have hired him for more work already.
