Any additional unanticipated spends were fully discussed with us up front, with different opinions provided. When a gutter clip was accidentally broken, Paddy sourced a new one in his own time and at his own expense and returned to replace it after the job had finished. I would gladly recommend Paddy.

This was a £75,000 contract and PJS carried out the work to a very high standard and we were delighted. During the works, extras inevitably arose. We considered these to have been priced at the top end of what we think was reasonable. However, after the work was completed there were some minor snagging faults, and PJS point-blank refused to come and fix them. As a result we won't use PJS again.
