I recently had two built-in wardrobes installed and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. While I paid the deposit as invoiced, it was already a struggle to get the installation scheduled and completed. Once the job was finished, I paid the remaining balance in full. However, within just a few days, issues began to appear. One of the internal drawers does not function properly, there are visible gaps between the wardrobe and the wall, and the silicone applied has already come apart. Additionally, the wardrobe doors are not aligned when closed, the mirrored doors stick out noticeably compared to the others, which affects both the appearance and finish. It has now been three weeks since I raised these concerns, and I’ve been told there is no availability to return and fix the problems. This is particularly frustrating given that the work has been fully paid for. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of aftercare.

Hello, my name is Will. I’ve had a passion for fencing since I was a young lad fixing and replacing all sorts of fences out and about on the family farm. Anything from stock netting to tall security fencing and everything in between. Always strive to do the best job first time; as none of us want to go back and do it again now do we! Aswell as fencing I have also dabbled in small scale ground works, in people’s gardens and front gardens to which I have enjoyed very Much. Including paving raising and replacing flower beds and in some case creating new raised flower beds! Many thanks to Dean and his team. They were all very polite, trustworthy and tidy. The best part about this family business is that they can have many talents. My bathroom was stripped, boarded, plastered, tiled, and my new suite went in. Pipework was moved my door was hung from the other side of the frame, you name it they can do it! Tiled to perfection, paid attention to detail and thoroughly an excellent job. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They are brothers with a superb working relationship. I couldn't recommend Richard highly enough. Having been engaged for one en-suite bathroom renovation initially, he ended up being with us for 6 months. In that time he built and renovated four new ensuite bathrooms (two of which were built from from a large sluice cupboard and wardrobe space another was split into a new en-suite and wardrobe), he created a new spare room from an existing outdated bathroom, stripping out and moving walls and radiators, added and fitted a walk-in wardrobe to a bedroom creating new walls and doorways, he created a new downstairs WC from a coat and boot room, created and finished a new corridor and archway from kitchen to new dining room (previously a WC), added picture and dado rails to all rooms and corridors and built a beautiful four-door cupboard to a very high standard. Rich undertook all building, carpentry, plastering, fitting, tiling, flooring, finishing and plumbing work himself, even hanging mirrors, painting, adding dado rails, fitting stair rails and installing high level extraction fans which others wouldn't undertake. Nothing phased him, nothing was too much trouble, he supported in designing spaces, worked around other trades and carpet fitters and his finish is excellent. Richard was always tidy when working and thoughtful about protecting the workspace and despite several challenges, he was always smiling, pleasant and never gave up on us. We now have a top class renovation and we are over-the-moon with it all.
