New to the area, we had to seek reviews online for the tiling of our entrance. Ben’s prompt response and willingness to come and price up at our convenience was just the start we needed. Communication was great throughout, Ben provided opinions on some purchases and was able to work around our family when things didn’t quite go to plan. One of the door strips ordered was sent in error, so rather than delay the job, Ben improvised with the saw and made things work with no extra cost or delay to the work. The end product was absolutely fantastic, we cannot imagine it was the easiest job with awkward cutting in, but his attention to detail highlighted that Ben clearly takes pride in his work. Ben even picked up on a draft at the bottom of the front door and sorted that without request. When we do other parts of the property we now have someone we can trust and rely on. Outstanding work - thank you. We had several quotes but chose to go ahead with Jordan (JM Building). The work required removal of a large, old flooring of mixed tiles, timber and carpet - we discovered only gravel under the old floor so a lot of preparation was needed. The work completed was excellent. Jordan made good pace but was careful to ensure the finish was high quality. This was necessary because the property is >200 years old and the area was fairly large. Highest recommendation I can give is that we are already booking Jordan for more work.

I have been tiling, painting and decorating, wall papering, carpentry, general building, kitchen and bathroom fitting. I'm able to think and overcome problems as they arise.
Marcio is a very efficient and speedy worker. He has very high standards that were met throughout. He is totally trustworthy and a very nice man.Next time we have some tiling done, we shall definitely employ Marcio again.
