seemed profesional and knowledgable. 3m worktop to be cut and fitted a cut out for hob over drawer unit and cut out for a sink. Arranged to meet at 9am, had a message to say hed be 15 minutes late, he was longer. Helped to get the worktop through the kitchen window, explained what i wanted doing and was happy to help move the worktop if needed. left him with sink and hob instructions and helped him move the work top in place when ready. All seemed good, he put a supporting piece of wood under the worktop at the far end, i did offer a smaller drill bit as the one he was using barely fit in the space, he said no, it was fine. After he left we realised the hob cut out did not line up with the unit, too far to the left, and the sink was supposed to be a rectangle to include tap holes, he only cut a square. He said hed rectify but this would leave a gap by hob. dont want him back as 6 holes drilled for supporting wood which was also split. Poor workmanship.
