Nick’s workmanship, work ethic, honesty in quoting and general approach and attitude is excellent. Scope: x2 built in wardrobes, new handrail, new landing bannisters, several general carpentry jobs (eg, airing cupboard shelving slats, adjusting holes in kitchen cupboards to access pipes & gas meter) From his first contact and visiting us to discuss the works, to his initial estimate followed by detailed quote, and then into the work itself he was utterly professional, highly courteous and very accommodating of our needs and the short timescale we had available. Nick presented proposed materials and intentions of approach to the works to us before works commenced, enabling us to make some changes. He arrived on time everyday, worked non-stop all day (only taking 15minutes for lunch!), cleaned up after himself every day and remained cheerful throughout the job despite my wife and I also working in the house in his way and needing to use the bedrooms he was working in every night, which meant he couldn’t leave his tools out at night. We completely trusted Nick such that we left a key with him to finish the works over a weekend whilst we were away and he again completed the job and cleaned up impeccably in our absence. During the job I asked Nick to add a few extra items on to the scope (at our cost obviously), which he readily accommodated. Nick is definitely now my carpenter of choice if I need any more works in the future and I highly recommend him.

Initial contact with Andy over the phone was just the same he is in person - friendly, professional and accommodating. Although he is based in Torquay and I live in Dolton, a distance of over 54 miles, he arrived as arranged and immediately set to work - first removing an existing heavy fire door and then installing the hardware and hanging the new one complete with new smoke seal to the door frame. So very pleased with the result and the fact that he left the house as he found it - would not have known he had been here apart from now having a lovely new door. So pleased that I am hoping to have him back to install some worktops/cupboards to the bathroom and en suite! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pro-Build Joinery Ltd. we discussed the painting of outside garden walls both front and rear. I told I had a painter who jet washed the walls but could not continue because he had a fall and hurt his back. So I looked at my builder and phoned Yordan who came and looked at the job. The paint was already here so we agreed a time and date of his starting. He arrived at the agreed time and did a really good job and I would definitely recommend him. A very pleasant and polite guy.

Kris and Marek did a fantastic job completing three jobs for us. The main job was under the stairs building a bespoke shoe rack that pulls out, 6 draws and a closet for coats. quality of work and finish is great. nothing is to small for them. built a cupboard for my electric boxes. and a 3 tier refuge bin stand. both well built. so pleased , would recommend to anyone if you want a good job done.
