We wanted to extend our kitchen into a kitchen diner with an extension to the rear of our house. Mark drew the plans and provided some excellent planning services. The plans were passed first time with no problems. Even the building inspector (who is notoriously fussy) could not find fault. The building work was carried out another builder who consulted Mark on technical issues. Mark's expertise was apparent as the builder was more than happy to comply with Mark's advice even thought it meant more work for him. The build was completed on time and in budget. The pricing structure for the plans was very clear and we were very happy with the results. Mark is friendly, approachable and really listens to make sure that he knows what the client wants. We got exactly what we asked for. He has a broad knowledge of planning issues and construction problems and so can give advice easily, professionally and, most importantly, with great clarity.
