Many thanks to Dean and his team. They were all very polite, trustworthy and tidy. The best part about this family business is that they can have many talents. My bathroom was stripped, boarded, plastered, tiled, and my new suite went in. Pipework was moved my door was hung from the other side of the frame, you name it they can do it! Tiled to perfection, paid attention to detail and thoroughly an excellent job. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They are brothers with a superb working relationship. Thanks Guardian Property I’ll be back for more..!

Aleks has done several jobs for me now, all of them done to an excellent standard. He has a wide range of skills and is always helpful, friendly and very polite. He always keeps me informed about each job and is very punctual ,he confirms every job a day or so before it starts. I have already hired him for other jobs in my house. He is very hardworking, barely stops working and really cares that the job is done properly and to my satisfaction. I'm so glad I found him as I could not hope to find anyone better. I intend to get him in every time I need some work done. I cannot recommend him enough, and if there is anything that he can't do or needs help with his Dad comes in too and they make a great team. What a find !!

I had 2 bespoke pieces that I wanted built. A window seat in a large bay window that is better than I could imagine myself. Mark's input was fab. The other was essentially a large freestanding shoe cupboard. Doesn't sound as glam as it looks. Another fab piece. We are so pleased with the work Mark did. We are going to hire him again for more work soon.
