Jack made some beautiful floating shelves to a drawing I prepared for him. I also decided to add an extra custom shelf for wine bottles, supplying him with a drawing, which he made and which is absolutely splendid. He managed to fit in my job around other building works I was having and his own schedule/jobs. He gave me a very good price. He's a neat tidy worker, really amiable and quite funny, and is good at explaining what will work and how he'll do it. Happy overall.

Adrian produced (1) a shelving solution for our basement (2) shoe and coat storage in our hallway (3) utility room storage for a washer and dryer and (4) a radiator cover. Everything was done to an extremely high standard. Adrian was cost competitive and a pleasure to deal with, always leaving the house impeccably tidy and even fitting in some odd jobs that were not part of the main work. Would highly recommend.

I hired Tommy to install new wardrobes in my flat. The installed job is average to say the least. Tommy assured me he would come back to rectify the problems, and I paid him in full in cash in the good faith he would come back as promised (he said he would come back for a half day to fix the doors etc, and allow another day for his painter to return) 4 weeks have gone by, and he has actively avoided my messages and calls to avoid coming back to fix things. Here’s what I am left with: - Doors that don’t close properly, they all creak and remain open unless forcefully pushed shut - Warped/uneven door - End Doors smash against side walls, damaging walls as the hinges overextend - Almost impossible to use top cupboards as unsuitable hinges were used - Bad paint job – paint all over hinges, brush hairs in cupboards, patchy to areas to doors. Rough edges not sanded back enough before painting, paint chipping off Unfortunately I now need to pay for another carpenter to come around to fix. I would never write such a bad review, but I find it really rude when someone over-promises and under delivers, and it needs to be pointed out that his lack of communication and work ethic is plain rude. Not happy.

Patrick was excellent from the outset. He communicated quickly and efficiently, promptly visited and priced the job and within days came and completed the work. He discussed all the possibilities and variety of material options and purchased everything for the job and provided receipts. The work was carried out to the highest of standards and we are delighted with the result. Patrick thoroughly cleaned up after completing the work and took away the rubbish. An extremely pleasant person to deal with, polite and friendly and very trustworthy. We will 100% use him again.. thank you Patrick!
