I am also absolutely clueless with all things building related but Mathew was kind and patient (and had a sense of humour throughout!) In addition, Matthew was skilled at the design and making the best use of the space to ensure I gained both a utility and study space as separate rooms. (I never would have thought to do the design he did so very grateful for that.) Matthew remained on site until the build was completed and was excellent at communicating with me in terms of what had been completed and what was needed etc. He is also well connected to other local tradesmen which enabled me to get the finished build painted and decorated. Very pleased with the finished work and have had lots of compliments. Thank you Matthew and I would recommend highly to others.
