The job was also completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with how Phillip handled the job and was easy to communicate with. I have not had chance to test the quality of repair as it was a roof gutter that overflowed in heavy rain. Since the repair we have had no heavy rain. Get in touchi requested an inspection / clean out of the gutter and repair if possible the contractor advised me only a small end section required to be repaired . Therefore we agreed to carry out repair which he did well. However we found the trough was still leaking all along the front edge which is where i pointed out the leak was in the 1st place. I called back and asked him to return to complete repair he did not turn up ,I had asked him to clean out the trough and inspect with a view to repair. this was not carried out as the gutter was full of debris after the visit. When they found next work needed on roof, took photos to show me so I could decide. Also showed photos of finished work.
