We're making some improvements to give you an even better MyBuilder experience.
Feedback is an important feature of MyBuilder - and key to success for our tradespeople. We’ll be making it easier than ever for you to request those all-important reviews once you’ve completed a job. And we'll be changing our feedback system to the widely adopted star-rating scale which is clearer and more granular, meaning you’ll be more accurately rewarded for the great work you do.
Here's how reviews will look to homeowners. In addition, you’ll be able edit your responses to reviews to provide additional information or an update as required.
