We're making some improvements to give you an even better MyBuilder experience. Here's how you will receive our notifications in future.
Lead emails
We'll continue to notify you about new leads via email with the option of receiving an email for every single new lead or a daily digest with all leads for that day. Please note that the number of single lead emails will be capped at 10 per day. The daily digest will be sent to you at 3am.
SMS notifications
We will only send you a text message notification for invites you have received from homeowners. You will no longer receive text message notifications when you have been shortlisted. You will no longer be able to respond to SMS messages we send you. Should you require any help or have questions, please use our contact form instead.
You can change the settings for your notifications in your MyBuilder profile at any time.
Push notifications through our app
With our new app, you will be able to receive push notifications to stay up to date with leads and shortlists. Our app will be available soon on Android phones.
