We agreed start date only for it to be cancelled at short notice,made anotheronly for this to be cancelled the night before.We said we would look for someone else only for them to come back and say they would start next day a Thursday and would finish by the weekend. An assistant came and started to work Adeem turned up to help remove bath then left, the assistant done half a day in which he rendered the walls.That evening had a text asking if rendering was dry,said it lookrd OK only then to be told it usually takes 2 days to dry.Then E -mail to say they would be back on Saturday.On Saturday front of existing shower taken off , some wall panels put up ,shower tray laid.Then told they would return on Monday.Work completed but told shower may not work as it was old,could not be tested because mastic was wet.Next morning tried shower only forn water to poor out of bottom. Telephoned A & W and left message requested they call me only for this to be ignored. The shower was working OK ?????
