I am a specialist in Floor restoration and sanding and re-sealing using the latest 99% dust free sanding machines I Have a GNVQ level 3 in impervious vinyl installation and a IOC (institute of carpentry and joinery) distinction at level 3 I am meticulously detailed in the way in my trade, I never cut corners, I do it right the first time, every time. I have never had a floor fail on me and have never been called back because the customer was not happy. I can solve damp problems, cracked screed and leveling of screeds I have undertaken many large projects such as London School of Economics, Harrods and Diesel stores I am fairly priced and think I offer value for money for my customers I have 100s of recommendations and testimonials if you would like to see them please just ask.

Following the bath installation, I found that it had not been installed correctly and the end of the bath dropped, causing water to penetrate into the room below. When I asked Remi to please fix the problem he provided me with numerous excuses why he could not attend. He has now stated that the 3 month warranty he provides has ended and that he is not obliged to assist me. When I initially contacted Remi, it was within that 3 month warranty period and even so, it is disappointing that although he has accepted the bath wasn't fitted properly, he wont remedy the fix. I would therefore caution your use of this tradesman.

He completed the work but did a very poor job. He found the leaks. He put sealant around the shower door instead of removing the whole shower frame and putting sealant below the frame. He should have allowed us to use the shower for 1 or 2 days for any leaks. Instead, he closed the large opening in the ceiling in the kitchen below the shower. When we started using the shower, within 5 minutes, it started leaking again. Having spent a lot of money we are back to square one. In spite of several reminders for a receipt for the money paid and asking him to come and look at it, he wrote a rude message only after several messages. He refused to come neither he sent the receipt. I consider him as a rogue trader and I would not recommend him.I will be taking legal action for recovering the money paid. Why should I spend again when we are back to square one.

He was very professional in his approach and did everything to put my mind at ease. I had a very disappointing experience with NTB Plumbing and Heating. The project, originally meant to take 1-2 weeks, dragged on for 2 months. While Nathan did excellent plumbing work, the tiling, grouting, and silicon were poorly done, as if it was their first time. Tom’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. When I requested to delay final payment to check for leaks, he became abusive, threatening to smash the bathroom, terrifying my family. Despite their 12-month warranty claim, a leak started within a month, and they have since ignored my calls. I provided all the materials and even my own tools, but they wasted a lot of resources, using incorrect tools and causing damage. I now have to pay extra to fix the leak. While Nathan’s plumbing was solid, the overall experience was terrible due to poor quality, wasted materials, and Tom’s alarming conduct. Be cautious if you choose to work with them.
