Very responsive and very punctual. Always responded to questions we had via text and turned up exactly when they said they would. Selecting what we wanted was very easy with links they sent and when we wanted to add something later they were very accommodating and sent us more links to what was available. Having the work done was easy as we went away on holiday for the week leaving them the house to themselves. They were very respectful of the property and protected the carpets. The work they carried out was exactly what we were looking for and love our new bathroom. This process was made really pleasant by the guys at Yates Property Services. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness,Value This was our second project with LDC Build & Design. Having done such a great job last time, we were not surprised that they did another great job. They allowed our family to remain comfortable at all times while the project was going on. They have a great team who were extremely efficient and great at problem solving when needed to think outside the box. The two projects completed - internal reconfiguration of house with new kitchen, replacement bathrooms, flooring throughout (walls down, RSJs, complete refurbishment including electrics, plumbing and decorating) and conversion of garage into a utility and living space. Both projects were completed on time and budget and the team of builders and contractors were polite, tidy and very respectful of the fact that we were living through the work with two young children. Liam and his team were great and the aftercare was also brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Jon started ok. However Razvan has a major issue in Time keeping. He promiss to come around then comes after a week or two. Then Extra work been added with extra money but till now the radiator are leaking. He promissed to come and fix 3 weeks ago but stopped replying to my messages and calls. Nice chap but difficult to deal with. I gave him plenty of time to come and rectify but completely ignored me leaving me in a mess to hire someone else to rectify his job and complete
