Raph was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Understood exactly what we wanted, completed the work on schedule and even stayed til 9pm on the final night to ensure everything was finished to an incredibly high standard. He kept us in the loop with everything throughout the work, was very tidy and hard working. The bathroom is absolutely perfect, couldn’t have asked for more and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone! 10/10

Absolutely horrific job, very unprofessional Every single thing done has an issue. There isn't even enough space here for me to list everything. Unfortunately this guy is not professional and a complete waste of money. He spent 1 month in my place for an absolute joke of a job He done my entire bathroom and worktop and flooring in my kitchen. Toilet seat not even drilled to the floor properly, bathroom drawers wonky, didnt paint hidden spaces Space behind my washing machine left in a complete state, did not paint and was lazy to even complete the flooring behind my washer No silicone around sink, water can get through No silicone around flooring When bringing in bathtub and other big items to the flat he completely destroyed the doorways, left a complete mess in my place Basically unprofessional and clearly still learning and unfortunately my place was one of the places he used for to practice At the start he claimed that he will do everything professionally

From the quote to the finished bathroom Thomas and Chris were friendly, excellent at what they do and I would recommend them 100%. Chris was our fitter and has done an amazing job. He worked none stop doing long hours just to get the bathroom done so we had a fully workable bathroom. He had a young chap with him (sorry forgot his name) to help with the fetching, tidying and cleaning up, he also worked hard. They were both really polite and punctual and were always there at 8.30 to get started. I cannot fault anything from start to finish. In love with my new bathroom. Would definitely use them again. Thanks Chris for all your hard work and giving me the perfect bathroom.

Ceiling repaired and plastered extremely well. The decorating was replaced with a different colour so does not look good. I have also been left with a live electric socket hanging off the wall, so very dangerous. The bathroom floor took two attempts to lay correctly but the latest has glue on it which is proving difficult to remove. The glue is also on one glass door and in the bath. As it was an insurance job, I handed the money over before it was finished and I am not expecting to hear anything else or see the job completed. I would like to be proved wrong but I’m a cynic.
